Dag iedereen
Er zijn nog 2 dagen om de cursussen op te halen aan het GBK kot. Wees erbij en zie zeker niet jouw bestelde cursus aan je neus voorbij gaan!
Als jij een cursus besteld hebt, verwachten we dat je deze komt ophalen.
Haast je dus nog snel naar het GBK kot voordat je bestelling geretourneerd wordt na 15 maart!
Ps. De slides van Vertebraten zijn nog onderweg. Wij verwachten ook nog de handboeken van natuurbeheer die vorige week besteld zijn, maar er liggen al exemplaren op het GBK kot. Ik organiseer nog een sessie in de volgende 2 weken om deze te verkopen. Ik laat weten wanneer deze sessie zal plaatsvinden zodra de boeken geleverd zijn.

If you have ordered a course, we expect you to pick it up.
So hurry to the GBK room before your order is returned after March 15!
Ps. The Vertebrates slides are still on their way. We are also expecting the nature management handbooks that were ordered last week, but there are already copies in the GBK room. I’m organizing another session in the next 2 weeks to sell these. I will let you know when this session will take place once the books have been delivered.

maandag 12/02/2024 start de cursusverkoop van het 2e semester! Het werkt op dezelfde manier zoals vorig semester. Je kan vanaf nu jouw cursussen bestellen via de FKshop (https://shop.fkgent.be/home) en betalen gebeurt via bancontact of cash wanneer de cursussen worden opgehaald. Voor de leden met een lidkaart, vergeet deze zeker niet om van jouw korting te kunnen genieten: GEEN VERTOON LIDKAART = GEEN LEDENKORTING!!! Log in op de FK shop via jouw CAS-login!
EXTREEM BELANGRIJK: de eerste 2 dagen (ma 12/02 en di 13/02) van de cursusverkoop krijgen tweedejaars VOORRANG aangezien zij hun practicumnota’s voor het vak “Vertebraten: anatomie en histologie” deze maandag en woensdag zelf al nodig hebben.
De cursussen zelf kunnen worden opgehaald van maandag tot vrijdag vanaf 13u00 t.e.m. 13u45. De eerste dagen zijn altijd bijzonder druk, dus houd hier rekening mee.
De optionele cursussen (staat vermeld in FKshop) kunnen na 25/02 (week 2) NIET meer besteld worden! Anders dan vorig semester kunnen de veldgidsen, wanneer besteld, niet direct worden opgehaald. Dit is op bestelling. Voor de meeste veldgidsen ligt er 1 kijkexemplaar in het GBK-kot.
Je kan op de GBK-website (https://biologie.ugent.be/cursus/beschikbaarheden-availabilities) controleren of een cursus al dan niet aanwezig/besteld is. Deze houden we up-to-date.
Belangrijke data:
De cursussen kunnen via de FKshop besteld worden t.e.m. zondagavond 10/03/2024. Daarna sluit de FKshop af, en is het NIET meer mogelijk om cursussen of handboeken te bestellen.
De cursussen afhalen dit semester kan t.e.m. vrijdag 15/03/2023.

Hello everyone,
Sillabus-sales for the 2nd semester start on Monday 12/02/2024! It works the same way as last semester. From now on you can order your courses via the FKshop (https://shop.fkgent.be/home) and payment is made via bancontact or cash when the courses are picked up. For members with a membership card, don’t forget this to enjoy your discount: NO SHOW MEMBERSHIP CARD = NO MEMBER DISCOUNT!!! Log in to the FK shop via your CAS login!
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: the first 2 days (Mon 12/02 and Tue 13/02) of the course sale, second-year students receive PRIORITY as they already need their practical notes for the course “Vertebraten: anatomie en histologie” this Monday and Wednesday.
The courses themselves can be picked up from Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 1:45 p.m. The first days are always particularly busy, so keep this in mind.
The optional courses (listed in FKshop) can NO longer be ordered after 25/02 (week 2)! Unlike last semester, the field guides, when ordered, cannot be picked up immediately. This is made to order. There is 1 viewing copy of most field guides in the GBK room.
You can check on the GBK website (https://biologie.ugent.be/cursus/beschikbaarheden-availabilities) whether or not a course is available/ordered. We keep this up to date.
Important data:
The courses can be ordered via the FKshop until Sunday evening 10/03/2024. After that, the FKshop will close and it will no longer be possible to order courses or manuals.
You can pick up the courses this semester until Friday 15/03/2023.

Dag iedereen!
Zoals eerder al vermeld, is de cursusverkoop die iedere weekdag tussen 13u en 13u45 plaatsvond, nu afgelopen. Echter, wij verwachten nog steeds enkele boeken en hebben vorige week donderdag nog wat nieuwe boeken binnengekregen. Verwachtte jij dus nog een boek en kon je deze nog niet ophalen, dan kan je dit wel volgende dinsdag 31 oktober aan het GBK kot tussen 13u en 13u45. Wij maken dus een uitzondering voor mensen die deze boeken nog nodig hebben en mensen met wie er gecommuniceerd is geweest om nog cursussen te komen ophalen! Check dus zeker de beschikbaarheden op onze website zodat je niet voor niets afkomt, maar de meeste boeken die besteld werden, zijn ondertussen wel al aangekomen.
Opgelet voor de mensen die nog wachten op Vertebrate life en Campbell biology: deze doen er langer over dus zullen er nog niet zijn. Wij zullen nog een verkoopmoment organiseren voor mensen die deze dinsdag niet kunnen en boeken die nog moeten toekomen.

Hello everyone!
As previously mentioned, the syllabus sales that took place every weekday between 1:00 PM and 1:45 PM has now ended. However, we are still expecting some books and received some new books last Thursday. So if you were expecting another book and couldn’t pick it up yet, you can do so next Tuesday, October 31, at the GBK room between 1:00 PM and 1:45 PM. So we make an exception for people who still need these books and people with whom we have communicated to come and pick up syllabi! So be sure to check the availability on our website so that you don’t buy it for nothing, but most of the books that were ordered have already arrived.
Attention for the people who are still waiting for Vertebrate life and Campbell biology: these will take longer so they will not be there yet. We will organize another sales moment for people who cannot make it this Tuesday and books that have yet to arrive.

*Om te genieten van de ledenkorting moet je jou registreren (ook als je vorig jaar al lid was). Het lidgeld bedraagt 10 euro en wordt afgerekend op het moment dat je jouw cursussen komt afhalen in het GBK-kot (campus Ledeganck fase 1, recht tegenover leslokaal 1.2 (K.L. the second week of syllabus-sales is just arount the corner. Here is a short message with the most important information:
*Check the GBK website to stay up to date whether a syllabus/textbook is available, is currently no longer available or has been ordered. We always try to update this list as quickly as possible! The link: https://biologie.ugent.be/cursus/beschikbaarheden-availabilities
*To enjoy the member discount you must register (even if you were already a member last year). The memebership fee is 10 euros and is paid when you collect your syllabi from the GBK-room (Ledeganck campus phase 1, directly opposite classroom 1.2 (K.L. Ledeganckstraat 35, 9000 Ghent)). This can be don via the link: https://registratie.fkgent.be/gbk/registration/authenticate (and click on “Ik vul zelf al mijn gegevens in”)
*Ordering the courses is done via the FK shop (https://shop.fkgent.be/home). If this does not work, you must contact FK itself (via ict@fkgent.be).

Dag eerste bachelor studenten!
Zoals jullie gezien hebben is er iets fout gelopen met jullie practicumnota’s voor het vak Biodiversiteit van ongewervelden. Jullie kunnen deze vanaf morgen komen omwisselen. Breng zeker jullie oude nota’s bij zodat we zien of jullie deze al hebben aangekocht of niet. Er zijn nog enkele studenten die de nota’s moeten aankopen. Dit kan ook tijdens de cursusverkoop gebeuren.
Daarnaast werkt bij sommige studenten de code niet van de mastering physics, we onderzoeken wat het probleem is en laten zo snel mogelijk iets weten!
Celbiologie en genetica is ondertussen ook binnen.
De cursusverkoop vindt telkens plaats op de middag van 13u tot 13u45 in het GBK kot op de eerste verdieping van de Ledeganck (campus Ledeganck fase 1, recht tegenover leslokaal 1.2 (K.L. Ledeganckstraat 35, 9000 Gent).

As you have seen, something went wrong with your practical notes for the course Biodiversity of Invertebrates. You can come and exchange these from tomorrow on. Be sure to bring your old notes so that we can see whether you have already purchased them or not. There are still some students who need to purchase the notes.
